Will my PDF look exactly the same in Word?
Smart mode reconstructs editable paragraphs, basic headings, font categories, alignment and simple tables. Common two-column layouts are read column by column. These are estimates: complex tables, floating pictures, equations and exact layout are not reconstructed. Page image mode keeps the visual appearance as a picture of each page.
Can I convert Bengali or scanned PDFs?
Properly encoded Bengali text is extracted directly and uses Nirmala UI in Word. For scans, enable OCR and choose Bengali or English. For garbled embedded-font text, select OCR every page. OCR accuracy depends on image quality; proofread the result, especially names, numbers and Bengali conjuncts.
How do I get a better editable result?
Start with Smart paragraphs and automatic reading order. If prose becomes a table, turn off table detection. If columns read incorrectly, try Single-column. Keep individual PDF lines for forms or short labels. Turn on word joining only when English words are split at line endings.
Where do I find my downloaded file?
After conversion, click Download Word (.docx). Your browser saves it to your selected download location. Keep this page open until the download starts.
